Brown's Park National Wildlife
Guided Photography Trip

If you want to experience wildlife photography away from all the crowds, this is your place. Brown's Park National Wildlife Refuge is located along the Green River in northwest Colorado. This remote river valley has long been a refuge for wildlife. From the refuge's website “The Refuge habitats support a rich diversity of wildlife species including 68 species of mammals, 15 species of reptiles and amphibians, and at least 223 species of birds.” The refuge supports many habitats from riparian, wetlands, grassland, and upland. With so many habitats you can expect to photograph a variety of species from pied-billed grebes, ducks, moose, otters, orioles, golden eagles, bald eagles, foxes, coyotes, elk, mule deer, turkeys, wild horses, and so much more. To learn more about the refuge check out Brown’s Park National Wildlife Refuge Website.

What's Included In The Trip

All my guided photography trips are custom made for each client. I try to keep my guided trips to very small groups. The less people in the group the better chance of quality wildlife pictures. I have half day, full day, and multiday trips. The refuge is a short trip from the beautiful Flaming Gorge Reservoir, Green River, and Uintah Mountains. Custom trips can also be made with lodging, guided fly fishing, river rafting, and wildlife photography.
